Culture Audits
You know your corporate culture at home — but do your partners and employees in Asia understand it the same way? Using the same words doesn't mean everyone means the same thing. Through open interviews, extended on-site observation, customized surveys, and coordinated follow-up, SRI helps make sure every office and employee is on the same page, then helps manage the culture-change process that follows: setting goals, developing new behaviors, finding champions, resolving concerns, and bringing skeptics on board.
Executive & Business Coaching
Coaching isn't SRI telling you what to do. It's a collaborative process that helps you and your team discover how to maximize potential and improve performance by building on the abilities and knowledge you already have. You know yourself best — SRI knows how to ask the questions that get you to the "ah ha" moments.
Individual coaching is booked in sets of 6 or 12 one-hour sessions, in person or online.
Team coaching addresses trust, accountability, communication, and how individuals work within team structures. It can be booked alongside a culture audit or as a stand-alone 3-month engagement, and works best on-site.
